Mnoge sam narode i mnoge pucine presao morske,
da se, brate, tuznim cinom od te oprostim,
da poslednjim darom ti mile seni darujem,
i bar nemom pepelu se uzalud obratim;
kad je vec sudba htela da te od mene otme,
nesrecni brate moj, od mene te otrgne!
Ipak sad primi, sto obicaj otaca trazi,
poslednju pocast na grobu, za pokoj i mir,
primi, mnogim suzama bratskim natopljenu!
Sad vecan ti mir, brate, za uvek zbogom!
