Polish translation by Krzysztof Skowronski makes this metaphore where Sparrow refers to vagina quite impossible.
Verse that says: she holds him on her lap is translated as: przy piersi trzyma. That is: holds her by her breast.
It makes it quite impossible to figure out. Holds on her lap in polish is "przy &#322;onie trzyma"
