Russian translation:

ß íåíàâèæó è ëþáëþ.
Êàê ýòî ñòàëîñü,
ß íå çíàþ.
Íî ýòî òàê -
ß ñîçíàþ,
È ìó÷óñü ýòèì, è ñòðàäàþ.

Thanks for the translation, unfortunately the characters do not display well. Could you please mail the translation, e.g., in a Word document to catullus@negenborn.net ? Thanks in advance!

Rudy, the characters look fine to me. Do you have it on the right encoding? I use auto-detect Russian in Firefox (or Ukranian if that's an option - they should be the same), or you could browse through the various Eastern European encodings as it should be one of the Russian ones...

One more, now in rhymes:

Ненавижу тебя вожделея. „Возможно ли?“ — спросишь.
Не пойму. Но теперь постигаю себя истязая.

И ненавижу тебя и люблю. Отчего же, ты спросишь?
Сам я не знаю, но так чувствую я и томлюсь.
