This site's translation was almost perfect but just to make it sound a little better...

I would like you papyrus
to tell Caelicus, love poet, my friend
so that he should come to Verona, he leaving
the walls of Novum Comem and the Larium shore
for I wish that he would recieve
certain thoughts beloging to a friend of his and mine
just therefore it is wise, he will eat up the road
although a dazzling girl
calls him back 1000 times as he leaves and
both hand flinging on his neck she asked that Caelicus remain.
That girl now if true reports are being announced to me
perishes in uncontrolable love:
for in which time she reads the
unfinished mistress of Dindys, for that time wretched fires
have been eating the inner marrow of the girl.
I forgive you girl, more skilled than Sappho
the muse: for the great mother is nicely
underway by Caelicus.

I hate to just criticize, but this translation is not very good at all.
