Dear Visitor,

The Catullus Translations website has now been online for over 25 years. Over 16 years ago we added the Catullus Forum, as place for Catullus-minded people to share their enthusiasm and points view on the translations.

Over the years, the internet landscape has changed. Whereas 16 years ago, online fora where still relatively new features for websites, nowadays may alternative places have appeared where discussions on translations can be held and moderated online in a sophisticated and professional way.

As such, we have decided to make this Forum Read-Only. You will still be able to access all earlier posts, but are not able to post new messages.

We thank all those who have contributed over the years to make this website a worthy monument for Catullus, with a special thanks going to Chris Weimer for moderating the Forum posts throughout the years.

Best regards,
Rudy Negenborn
